We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Portage Battery. Please review the terms below before requesting a return.

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date. After 30 days we are unable to accept returns under any circumstances.

Condition of Returned Items

Batteries must be returned in their original packaging, unused, uninstalled, and free of damage. Batteries that have been installed, charged, discharged, or placed in service are not eligible for return. Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, both to and from Portage Battery. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend using a trackable courier service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

How to Start a Return

Email sales@borderlandportage.com or call 204-239-5900 with your order number. Our team will issue a Return Authorization number and the shipping address. Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds cover the product cost only; original and return shipping are non-refundable.

Warranty Claims

Defective batteries that fail within their manufacturer warranty period are handled separately from returns. Contact us with your order number and we will walk you through the warranty claim process with the manufacturer.
